The design of the residence began with a full analysis and corresponding masterplan. The final concept and subsequent site detailing blends the vernacular of the traditional grand victorian neighborhood with the architect’s modern building expansion. Thoughtful material selection, creative detailing and a textured planting palette enrich the landscape for the families enjoyment and entertaining opportunities.
