Halvorson Design Partnership | 2015
I created a concept design plan for a large mixed-use development that includes a 200 Key Hotel, 50,000 SF of retail space, and various residential real estate. My responsibilities included design of the concept plan and collaboration with the international developer and associated design team. The design effort was an intensive three week process that generated some ambitious, modern designs that will be transformative to the Chelsea waterfront.
